Participants are encouraged to stay in Dortmund city center, preferably near Dortmund Central Station or the Dortmunder U. This area offers convenient access to the workshop venue, public transportation, restaurants, and other city services.

A limited number of rooms at special workshop rates have been reserved for workshop participants at Moxy Dortmund City and Residence Inn Dortmund City.

Both partner hotels are located in the same building complex within easy walking distance of Dortmunder U. The workshop venue can therefore be reached comfortably on foot within just a few minutes, with no additional transfers required.

The workshop room blocks are available exclusively to registered workshop participants. The booking link and access details will be provided in the registration confirmation email after successful registration for the workshop.

Reservations at the special workshop rates can only be made after registration has been completed. As the number of rooms is limited and reservations are subject to availability, participants are encouraged to register and book their accommodation early.
