Sponsorship Opportunities
IWW 2029 welcomes support from companies, research organizations, and other partners working in fields related to Wigner functions, quantum phase-space methods, quantum transport, quantum optics, quantum information, and computational physics.
Sponsorship contributions help us provide workshop materials, refreshment breaks, networking opportunities, and support for students and early-career researchers. Depending on the selected option, sponsors will be acknowledged on the workshop website and in relevant workshop materials.
The opportunities and prices listed below are preliminary. Availability, production details, and final costs will be confirmed individually.
Preliminary Sponsorship Opportunities
This preliminary package may include:
- Acknowledgement as a sponsor in the conference program and Book of Abstracts
- Sponsor logo on the conference website, including a link to the sponsor’s website
- Sponsor logo displayed on the delegate bags, subject to design and production requirements
- Designation as the official Delegate Bag Sponsor
Final production responsibilities and quantities will be confirmed with the sponsor.
The sponsoring organisation is expected to provide the required number of lanyards at its own cost. Design, quantity, delivery date, and branding requirements must be approved by the organisers.
This preliminary package may include:
- Acknowledgement as a sponsor in the conference program and Book of Abstracts
- Sponsor logo on the conference website, including a link to the sponsor’s website
- Sponsor logo displayed on the lanyards, subject to production requirements
- Designation as the official Lanyard Sponsor
This preliminary package may include:
- Acknowledgement as a sponsor in the conference program and Book of Abstracts
- Sponsor logo on the conference website, including a link to the sponsor’s website
- Sponsor recognition in connection with the supported refreshment break
- Designation as a Refreshment Break Sponsor in the conference program
The number of available sponsored breaks will depend on the final conference schedule.
The sponsoring organisation is expected to provide the items at its own cost. All items, quantities, branding, and delivery arrangements are subject to prior approval by the organisers.
This preliminary package may include:
- Acknowledgement as a sponsor in the conference program and Book of Abstracts
- Sponsor logo on the conference website, including a link to the sponsor’s website
- Inclusion of the approved items in the participant materials
- Sponsor branding on the supplied items, where applicable
This preliminary package may include:
- One approved A4 flyer or information sheet included in the participant materials
- Acknowledgement of the sponsoring organisation on the conference website
The sponsor is responsible for producing and delivering the required number of inserts by the deadline specified by the organisers.

All sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability and written confirmation.
Logos, printed materials, and sponsored items must be approved by the organizers before production or publication. Applicable taxes, quantities, deadlines, and technical requirements will be specified in the final agreement.
Sponsorship does not provide any influence over abstract review, speaker selection, or other scientific decisions.
